Empowering communities
through a collaborative
‘One-Family, One-Farm' model

We firmly believe in the "one family, one farm" model, wherein local communities near our vast land concession receive 2 to 5 hectares of allocated land, with the company providing seeds and seedlings. These communities are responsible for cultivating and maintaining this land, aiming to increase yields with our support. By enhancing planting practices and knowledge sharing, our goal is to promote community ownership and empower these families. We encourage them to take ownership of their daily efforts, and those who exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) will receive bonus incentives in addition to their government-mandated minimum remuneration. We also contribute to workers' health insurance through the government system, and we strictly enforce our anti-child labor policies to ensure that children under 18 are not involved in family farms. This approach aligns with our focus on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), eradicating poverty through a minimum government remuneration (SDG 1), eliminating hunger through monthly remuneration (SDG 2), improving access to healthcare with national health insurance (SDG 3), providing education for children (SFG 4), and promoting gender equality (SDG 5).

Empowering Communities and Building Sustainable Economies

Local communities: through the one-family, one-farm model, we build community 'hubs' of up to 250 families, emphasizing job creation, increased incomes, and economic growth in the areas. We forecast that with our one family, one farm model, local economies will flourish, benefiting regional economies and contributing to national economies with the production of green industrial products. We forecast that on one concession of 14,000 hectares, we can create more than 50 hubs of 50 families per hub, which will contribute to more than 2,500 families, excluding their family members.
